What You'll Do

Lead,



coach and develop a large team to achieve their potential

Deliver an engaging customer experience and create memorable moments

Drive sales, productivity and operational excellence

2+ years' experience in a retail leadership role

A passion for developing and engaging teams

Strong communication and coaching skills
