Are you an experienced Customs Compiler looking to join a respected international freight forwarding business? We're seeking a detail-oriented customs professional to prepare accurate customs documentation and support the customs brokerage team in delivering a seamless clearance process.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and compile import declarations for Customs Broker review and lodgement.
- Accurately classify goods using tariff schedules and supporting documentation.
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and bills of lading.
- Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and internal operations teams to obtain required documentation.
- Ensure customs documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted within required timeframes.
- Support the Customs Brokers with customs queries and general administration.
About You
- Previous experience as a Customs Compiler or Customs Clerk within freight forwarding.
- Strong understanding of Australian Border Force and DAFF requirements.
- Experience preparing import declarations and customs documentation.
- CargoWise experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
