We're looking for an ambitious Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a hybrid contractor role. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys clinical autonomy, wants to grow their own caseload, and values working alongside experienced Exercise Physiologists in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist at Sydney Injury Specialists, you'll manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload while working within an established clinic that provides strong referral pathways, proven systems, and ongoing support.

Your Responsibilities

- Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions.




- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy through a combination of hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation.
- Develop and progress personalised rehabilitation programs.
- Build and manage your own caseload while nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Follow up new enquiries and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Work collaboratively with our Exercise Physiologists to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
- Utilise objective rehabilitation technology, including force plate testing and strength assessment systems.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using our practice management systems.
- Liaise professionally with GPs, specialists, insurers, coaches, and other health professionals.

Essential Requirements

- National Police / Criminal History Check
- Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
