Role Description The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Maadi, QLD. This role oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across multiple functions. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead and guide a small recruitment team, ensure adherence to hiring standards and timelines, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent pipelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing job postings, optimizing employer branding initiatives, coordinating interview logistics, maintaining accurate recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves continuously improving recruitment processes,



staying current with market trends, and supporting broader HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Candidates should possess experience in hiring and interviewing, with the ability to assess skills, culture add, and long-term potential.
- Candidates should possess employer branding capabilities, including promoting the organization’s value proposition and managing candidate-facing communications.
- Candidates should possess supervisory and leadership skills, with experience coaching recruitment teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
