Business Systems Analyst | ideally 3+ years experience as a BA required, may be flexible for the right person

Hays Technology is partnering with a well-established organisation in the industrial and resources sector to recruit a Business Systems Analyst to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded Business Systems Analyst with experience supporting SharePoint, ERP platforms and business applications. The role is focused on improving and supporting business systems, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and driving system enhancements across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and enhance business-critical applications, including ERP and SharePoint platforms.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organisation.
- Investigate system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system functionality.
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements and implementation projects.
- Develop user documentation, process maps and training materials.
- Work closely with business users to maximise adoption and value from existing systems.

About You





- The role would suit a Junior - Mid Level BA who is looking for a new role with a mid-sized MiningTech company
- Previous experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Applications Support Analyst or similar role.
- Experience in, or ability to pick up supporting ERP systems, SharePoint and business applications.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and support providers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Team-focused approach with a collaborative working style.
