Luna Rae Jewellery is looking for a highly organised Product Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role supporting our product, inventory and day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with our Director across new product launches, inventory management, supplier communication and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role:

- Coordinating new product launches from concept through to website.
- Managing inventory and stock levels across our collections.
- Working with suppliers on production, quality control and deliveries.
- Creating and maintaining product information, SKUs and specifications.
- Assisting with purchasing and production planning.
- Monitoring product quality and resolving supplier issues.
- Coordinating product samples, photography and launch timelines.
- Supporting new product development and sample design.
- Assisting with personalised jewellery production, including our custom collections.
- Helping improve systems and processes as the business grows.

The perfect candidate:

- Is highly organised and detail-oriented.




- Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.
- Can manage multiple projects at once.
- Communicates confidently with suppliers and the team.
- Enjoys problem solving and improving processes.
- Is comfortable using spreadsheets and learning new systems.
- Has experience in product coordination, inventory, buying, operations or administration (preferred but not essential).

Bonus Skills

- Experience in the jewellery or fashion industry.
- Experience in jewellery or product design is a plus. This role includes training in basic jewellery bench skills to help create our custom jewellery pieces.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or basic CAD.

- 25–38 hours per week (flexible for the right candidate).
- In house role at our Brookvale showroom and office.
- Immediate start available.
