Connect Facility Services is looking for a reliable and experienced Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Maitland Region, NSW 2320. This is a casual/part time role, but can grow into increased hours offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with an industry-leading cleaning services provider.
We are looking to fill two roles.
Position 1 - Construction Cleaning
Start times are 6.30am Monday to Friday with finishing times varied but 15+ hours per week. Additional hours at other sites would be available also if wanted.
What you'll be doing
- Perform general cleaning duties on a construstion site, cleaning to a high standard before site is handed over to client on behalf of the construction company.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards, meeting our strict quality control requirements.
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the team.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with clients
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety
- White Card is a must
Position 2 - Casual Cover
Start times vary from day to evenings Monday to Friday. This is for sites in Thornton, Beresfield, Kurri Kurri and surrounding areas.
What you'll be doing
- Perform cleaning duties in a range of commercial environments.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards, meeting our strict quality control requirements.
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the team.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with clients.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.

Requirements
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a commercial cleaner, preferably in an office or similar setting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical fitness and stamina to complete cleaning duties
- Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
- White Card is preferred (essential for construction cleaning)
