BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort is seeking a reliable, customer focused Night Caretaker to join our team.

About the Role
This position is 3 nights per week 3/4pm until 10.30pm, with the prospect for additional shifts in the future.
As our Night Caretaker, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional after hours customer service to our resort guests.
- Assisting with late guest check ins and responding to guest enquiries and requests.
- Conducting regular security patrols throughout the resort.
- Attending to minor maintenance issues where required.
- Collecting and returning rubbish bins.
- Ensuring the resort remains safe, secure and well presented throughout the night.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Is trustworthy, reliable and able to work independently.
- Remains calm and professional when dealing with guest enquiries or unexpected situations.
- Is physically fit and happy to perform a variety of tasks throughout the shift.
- Has a practical, hands on approach.
A background in maintenance is highly regarded, this position is only open to Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents.
