Mathiou Services is expanding and we are looking for a Maintenance & Gardening Technician who enjoys a mix of outdoor work, problem solving, and keeping sites looking their best. If you’re practical, reliable, and enjoy being part of a excellent team, this could be the role for you!
The Maintenance Technician role includes works across a broad range of areas, including but not limited to:
- General carpentry/ cabinetry
- Wall fixtures - ie TVs, Shelving, cupboards etc
- Small patching/ painting
- Locks - basic install and repairs
- Small tiling repairs
- General property maintenance
Must have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Handyman/ Maintenance role
- Broad Handyman/ maintenance knowledge/ skill set
- Own hand tools
- Own Steel cap footwear
- Ability to use Smart phone (to access the job management system)
- Current manual driver's license
- Construction – White/Blue Card
- Be willing to undergo a Police Check
- Hold (or willing to obtain) a Working with Children Blue Card
