Our well-established Aged Care Client is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner

The Senior Business Partner provides qualified high-quality HR consulting, advice, and subject matter expertise to a broad range of generalist HR activities focused on driving best practice experiences for our people. This role is a key contributor to the implementation of the PEC strategy to support organisational growth and is essential in aligning strategic people initiatives to the broader business strategy.
