Cafe Highroad is a busy and well-established café located in Dickson. We pride ourselves on delivering quality food, strong team culture, and a positive working environment. We are looking for a dedicated chef who enjoys working in a supportive and friendly kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard

- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation

- Assist with kitchen operations and daily prep

- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met

- Work efficiently during busy service periods

- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Availability to work weekends

Working Conditions

- 5 days per week (including weekends)

- 38–42 hours per week

Salary & Benefits





- $70,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience)

- Annual leave + Superannuation provided
