We're partnering with one of Australia's most respected automotive brands to recruit a Dealer Business Manager, responsible for supporting a portfolio of dealerships across NSW & ACT. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role where you'll partner with Dealer Principals and leadership teams to improve commercial performance, drive operational excellence and support long-term business growth.

What you'll be doing:

- Partner with Dealer Principals and dealership leadership teams across your territory;
- Analyse dealership performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability;
- Coach and influence dealers across sales, service, parts and customer experience;
- Conduct regular business reviews and implement performance improvement plans;
- Monitor KPIs including sales, market share, profitability, CSI and operational performance;
- Support business planning, forecasting and execution of OEM initiatives;
- Build strong relationships across your dealer network and internal stakeholders; and
- Travel throughout NSW & ACT while managing your territory autonomously.

We're looking for:

- Experience in an OEM, dealership or automotive field-based role;
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Commercially minded with the ability to analyse data and drive performance improvements;
- Experience working with Dealer Principals or senior dealership leadership teams;
- Strong coaching,



influencing and problem-solving capabilities;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently; and
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
