Pursuit Co is partnering with several leading manufacturing and automation organisations across Melbourne’s west & southeast to bring skilled Industrial Electricians into their teams. These roles offer a range of shift patterns, cutting‑edge technology, and long‑term career pathways.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimising a wide range of industrial equipment and automated systems. The work is hands‑on, wide-ranging, and suited to electricians who enjoy problem‑solving and working both independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and calibration on site equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out continuous improvement activities
- Manage spare parts inventory when required
- Monitor equipment performance and guide client staff on correct operation
- Analyse control system data for quality control, modification, and calibration
- Work autonomously or collaboratively to resolve maintenance issues
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed
- Coordinate with off‑site technical support to achieve optimal machine performance
- Complete both corrective and preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
