The Casino Food Company is a leading export food processor with production facilities at Casino and Booyong, near Lismore, in the Northern Rivers area of the NSW Far North Coast. Since 1933, our Company has established ourselves as an industry leader in meat processing, providing a unique opportunity for operators to process livestock in world class processing facilities.

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Farmhand to join our team at our Booyong facility. In this hands‑on role, you will support the upkeep, operation, and improvement of the premises across the Booyong site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play an important part in ensuring the farm and grounds are maintained to a high standard.

The duties of this role will include, but not be limited to:

- Spraying weeds and undertaking general gardening work.

- Mowing lawns and maintaining grounds.

- Fencing and basic property repairs.

- Operating, maintaining, and conducting minor repairs on farming equipment.

- Handling livestock safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Experience handling livestock at a personal or professional level.

- Strong ability to use and maintain farming machinery, vehicles, and equipment.





- Sound mechanical skills and the ability to perform minor repairs as required.

- A strong work ethic with the ability to undertake physical labour.

- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn and develop in the role.
