Receptionist with Automotive Service Experience

About Us
We are a busy and well-established automotive service centre seeking a friendly and organised all-rounder to join our team. This is a varied role combining reception, administration, and service advisor support.

About the Role

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in keeping our front office running smoothly while supporting our workshop with administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting customers and managing front desk operations

- Answering phones and booking service appointments

- Booking vehicles into our web based/ Mobile system.

- Preparing invoices and processing payments

- Data entry of job cards, customer details and parts.

- General administrative and office support

About You

- Previous experience in reception,



admin or service advisor role

- Previous experience withing the Automotive industry

- Strong customer service and communication skills is a must as you will be the first point of contact for all customers.

- Positive computer skills - Our Job cards, bookings etc are all web based. Using "Workshop Software"

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Reliable, organised, and able to multitask

- un-restricted drivers license
