5. Functional Excellence — Facilities

You keep the club safe, operational and running smoothly — ensuring all equipment, systems and environments are well maintained and fit for use.

Key accountabilities include:

- Carry out maintenance tasks and repairs accurately and in a timely manner

- Follow all facilities, safety and compliance standards, routines and procedures

- Maintain equipment, plant and club infrastructure to a high standard

- Monitor and respond to faults, hazards or risks, taking action or escalating where required

- Support preventative maintenance routines to minimise downtime and disruption

- Maintain strong attention to detail across all back-of-house and member-facing areas

- Keep maintenance records, logs and reporting up to date and accurate

- Work closely with the wider team to ensure the club operates safely and efficiently

- Take ownership of tasks from identification through to resolution

- You have >1 year of relevant experience and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.

- You have aligned experience. You know what it’s like to work with a high-profile consumer brand and thrive on hands-on maintenance, fixing issues and keeping everything in top working order. You may also have some trade experience. A+ for you

- You’re pure heart. You show up with care, kindness and respect. You treat members and teammates well, stay calm under pressure and help create a positive workplace for everyone around you.
