What you’ll do

- Complete initial screenings, clinical interviews, risk assessments and Mental Status Examinations

- Identify psychosocial, vocational and functional barriers and develop individualised plans

- Deliver evidence-based one-to-one and group interventions within your scope of practice

- Build practical skills in wellbeing, work readiness and sustainable employment





- Partner with employment services, referrers and community providers to coordinate support

- Maintain timely, accurate case notes, reports and service records

- Share participant outcomes and contribute to service growth, peer learning and best practice

What you’ll bring

- A relevant allied health qualification and current registration, accreditation, certification or professional membership for your discipline

- Experience delivering allied health support in mental health, community, vocational or employment settings

- Confidence providing structured individual and group interventions

- A warm, practical approach and the ability to build rapport quickly

- Strong clinical judgement, communication, organisation and attention to detail

- A commitment to ethical practice, supervision and continuous professional development

You’ll also need: Australian working rights, a current driver’s licence, and the ability to obtain and maintain a satisfactory National Police Check and state-relevant Working with Children Check.
