A well-established residential builder with a strong presence across regional Victoria, delivering quality homes backed by a healthy construction pipeline and established systems.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of approximately 12–15 homes across the Warrnambool region.

As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing the construction process from site start through to handover, ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Coordinating and supervising trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensuring builds are delivered safely, on time, and to company quality standards.
- Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Monitoring construction programs and maintaining build schedules.
- Managing site compliance, safety, and documentation requirements.
- Liaising with internal teams, customers, and key stakeholders throughout the build journey.
- Identifying and resolving construction issues to keep projects progressing smoothly.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous background/experience as a Construction Supervisor with a home builder.
- Proven ability to manage multiple residential builds simultaneously.




- Strong understanding of Australian residential construction methods and building regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage trades and subcontractors.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Relevant building qualifications and/or trade background highly regarded.
