About the Clinic

Our new Gympie clinic has been designed to provide an outstanding experience for both patients and staff, offering a comprehensive range of services including:

- Ultrasound

- General X-Ray

- OPG

- CT

- Cardiac CT

- MRI

- DEXA / Body Composition

With cutting-edge equipment and a strong focus on patient care,



this exciting new facility will deliver high-quality imaging services to the local community.

About the Role

As a Sonographer, you will play a key role in providing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing a broad range of ultrasound examinations including obstetric, musculoskeletal, vascular, and general ultrasound studies

- Producing accurate, high-quality diagnostic images

- Maintaining patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times

- Working collaboratively with Radiologists and referring clinicians

- Upholding clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements

- Delivering outstanding patient care and communication

- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and service excellence

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current ASAR registration

- Relevant sonography qualifications and experience

- Strong technical and clinical skills across a range of ultrasound examinations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A patient-first approach and commitment to delivering exceptional care

- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

- A passion for continuous learning and professional development
