First State Auctions specialises in fine jewellery, Swiss watches and designer handbags. We're looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to own our CRM program and help drive customer engagement, repeat business and conversion across both buyers and vendors.

About the role:

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys building automations, analysing data and continuously improving customer journeys.

You'll manage CRM campaigns across our buyer and vendor database, creating personalised communications that increase registrations, bidding activity, repeat purchases and vendor submissions. You'll also run ongoing testing to improve engagement, conversion and customer lifetime value.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing CRM campaigns across buyer and vendor audiences

- Building and maintaining automated customer journeys and workflows





- Creating customer segments using behavioural and transactional data

- Running ongoing testing to improve customer engagement and conversion

- Monitoring results and identifying opportunities for improvement

- Managing incentive campaigns and customer lifecycle communications

- Working closely with the marketing team to support broader campaigns

Skills and experience:

- Around 5 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing

- Hands on experience building automations and customer journeys

- Experience with platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar

- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with customer data

- Experience improving customer engagement, conversion and retention

- A proactive, commercially minded approach with solid attention to detail
