The Opportunity
- Conduct commercial valuations across Melbourne's northern and western suburbs, Geelong and major regional centres, with a focus on industrial and retail properties.
- Build strong relationships with banking clients, private clients and internal stakeholders.
- Undertaking property inspections, compiling valuation data and creating quality reports within a high performance environment.

About you:
- Experienced CPV with commercial valuation experience looking to further your career.
- Self-motivated with solid research and data management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in report writing, data analysis and financial modelling.
- Demonstrated initiative and the confidence to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide valuers, including reviewing reports, providing technical feedback and helping less experienced team members work through complex valuation scenarios.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills with the ability to learn current systems.
