We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a hands-on Senior Logistics Service Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Role

Leading a team this senior operational role is responsible for achieving safety, quality, productivity, and service performance outcomes to our customers. The Senior Logistics Service Coordinator must actively assist and oversee floor operations, which calls for a hands-on leadership style.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead, coach, and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Build trusted relationships with customers by managing enquiries and resolving issues with a strong focus on customer service to cultivate good connections.
- Plan workforce requirements, manage rostering, monitor labour allocation, and ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
- Investigate and resolve freight discrepancies, ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures while consistently meeting customer KPIs.




- Ensure compliance foundations are followed as aligned with the Chain of Responsibility and operational procedures.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in transport and logistics roles, with knowledge of TMS systems and metro area operations being desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams within a fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, dispatch operations, workforce planning, and operational KPI monitoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, creative problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Capability to address service issues effectively while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Solid commitment to workplace safety, quality compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
