About the Role

As an Educational Leader at The Grove Academy, you’ll inspire and guide our educators in delivering high-quality education programs. You’ll lead the implementation of our innovative Grove Theory curriculum, ensuring a dynamic and stimulating learning environment for children.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the implementation of our curriculum across the centre

- Mentoring and supporting educators to deliver outstanding practices

- Guiding the team in meeting and exceeding the EYLF and NQS standards

- Collaborating with educators to create meaningful and inspiring learning experiences

- Promoting a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement

- Ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of all children is prioritised at all times





- Actively supervising children and maintaining awareness of risks in the environment

- Reporting any concerns or incidents in line with service policies and procedures

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about early childhood education. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Proven experience mentoring and guiding educators

- A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and curriculum development

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

- A genuine passion for inspiring learning and innovation

- Robust understanding of child protection responsibilities and mandatory reporting

- Ability to identify and respond to risks to children’s safety

- Completed the Foundations of Child Safety training (or willing to complete prior to commencement).

Successful applicants will be required to hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
