Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily management of the meat department with operational independence.
- Prepare and present top-quality meat cuts and smallgoods, maintaining strict food safety compliance.
- Produce value-added meat products such as sausages and marinades.
- Engage with customers to deliver excellent service and build lasting community relationships.
- Design attractive product displays to enhance customer appeal.
- Contribute to meeting weekly department sales objectives.
