With a strong national presence, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service.We are currently seeking an experienced and hands‐on Transport Supervisor to lead our Sunshine Coast transport operations.About the roleThis is a key leadership position responsible for managing drivers, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring effective, protected, and compliant transport operations.You'll play a critical role in planning delivery runs, overseeing fleet maintenance, and working closely with both internal teams and customers.Key responsibilitiesPlan, schedule and coordinate daily delivery runs and manifestsLead and support a team of drivers, including training and developmentEnsure deliveries are completed on time, in full, and to customer expectationsCoordinate oversize deliveries, including pilot vehicles and site planningLiaise with customers regarding delivery requirements and timingOversee fleet maintenance, servicing and repairsEnsure compliance with Chain of Responsibility,
