The role combines hands-on leadership with program delivery of Driver Training, Safer Drivers Course and Corporate Driver Training, while upholding safety, compliance and customer outcomes.You'll coach, ride-alongs and performance reviews, partner with stakeholders to align resources with demand, and drive continuous improvement in training delivery, safety and service quality.
