The Australian Electoral Commission is seeking a leader to drive the Indigenous Electoral Participation Program in Canberra. You will lead strategic initiatives, align with the National Agreement on Closing the Gap, and guide a geographically dispersed team to improve First Nations electoral participation.

You will build relationships across Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and represent the agency in forums, contributing to accessible, inclusive electoral services.
