We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our team at Spice Temple Melbourne, located within Crown Melbourne at 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank.
Spice Temple is renowned for its bold and innovative Chinese cuisine, premium beverage offering and vibrant dining experience. As Bartender, you will prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, beers and spirits while delivering warm, knowledgeable and professional service.
You will have a strong understanding of beverages and the ability to recommend drinks that complement our menu. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining stock levels, assisting with beverage inventory, following correct ordering and wastage procedures, and ensuring the bar remains clean, organised and ready for service.
The ideal candidate will have previous bartending experience within a high-volume restaurant, hotel or bar. You will possess excellent communication and customer-service skills, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate robust attention to detail. Availability across evenings and weekends is essential, and a current Victorian RSA certificate is required.
