What You Will Do

As business & project coordinator, you will support the daily delivery of important redress schemes.

You will help the team provide timely , accurate and confidential services for participants.

You Will

- provide high-quality project and administrative support across the strategy and operations (redress) team
- maintain accurate records, reports, correspondence and information in line with department standards
- process timely finance tasks, including counselling, restorative engagement activities and redress payments
- coordinate meetings, provide secretariat support and follow up agreed actions when needed
- support the review and improvement of policies, procedures and manuals while maintaining strict confidentiality and skilled integrity.

About You

A qualification or relevant experience in human services, victim support,



case management, restorative justice or similar government work is desirable. You will also be comfortable working with sensitive and sometimes distressing material with care and respect.

You Should Also Have

- proven experience providing administration support in a complex work environment
- strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations or databases, and experience with Oracle or a similar finance system
- the ability to plan work, solve problems and improve processes with careful attention to detail
- empathy, cultural awareness, flexibility and the ability to build positive working relationships.
