TAFE Queensland is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to provide authoritative advice to senior managers and clients on workforce relations issues.

You will advise on legislation, policies and practices, train and coach staff, and advocate at industrial tribunals to protect the organization's interests. The role reports to the Manager, Employee Relations and is based mainly at Mount Gravatt with potential work at other campuses.
