Blackbook Recruitment is supporting a leading FMCG business in Sydney to appoint a Supply & Demand Planning Manager. You will drive the local S&OP;, forecast accuracy, and inventory management while leading a team of planners and collaborating with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Logistics.

The role requires solid planning expertise in FMCG, retail exposure, and hands-on leadership. Hybrid working options are available; salary is around AUD 150k–160k plus super and bonus.
