Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) for the Homeless Health Outreach Team. The role provides high-quality nursing care to patients with complex needs and supports access to mainstream services.

The CNS2 collaborates across services to improve health outcomes for chronically homeless individuals with mental health and substance use issues. Relocation is not specified.
