Installers will filter all installation type enquiries and concerns/issues through the installation coordinator to a positive resolution.
You will also be the first touch point for servicing enquires and filter these through to our sub-contractors to organise and attend themselves.As times you will be a direct contact for the end customer when a difficult or involved installation takes place and will assist the Solahart Sydney direct team with any team tasks to ensure the success of all work functions.To be successful in this role you will have;Inbound and outbound call centre experienceCustomer support skills are essential.Scheduling experienceExcellent communication both verbal and written.The ability to build rapport with customers, sales teams and internal partners.Strong organisation skillsStrong multitasking skillsBonus points for the following;Experience with managing sub-contractorsPrevious experience using SAPPrevious experience with CRM systemsTechnical background in solar/plumbing or trades
