Are You One of Us
We are looking for a dynamic procurement consulting skilled with strong expertise in Capex, Construction, Food categories, and Indirect procurement. The role will support strategic sourcing, category management, supplier negotiations, and transformation initiatives for global clients across industries.
As part of the consulting team, you will drive measurable business impact through cost optimization, supplier performance improvement, process transformation, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing and category management engagements across Capex, Construction, FFE, Food, and Indirect categories
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to client business objectives
- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including RFx, negotiations, supplier selection, contracting, and supplier management
- Partner with client stakeholders to identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities
- Deliver procurement transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
- Analyze spend data and market intelligence to develop fact-based recommendations
- Present sourcing strategies, project outcomes, and executive updates to senior stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior team members while contributing to practice development and business growth
Desired Experience & Skills
- Experience in procurement consulting within a consulting firm or a mix of consulting and industry experience
- Strong category expertise in Capex & Construction Procurement, FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), Food & Ingredients and Indirect Procurement
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex, fast-paced consulting engagements
- Exposure to procurement transformation and cost optimization initiatives
- Strong client-facing and relationship management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Preferred
- Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of procurement technologies and sourcing tools
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Flexibility to travel based on business requirements
