- Provide environmental advice and support across multiple civil construction projects
- Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, approvals, and company policies
- Implement, and monitor Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) and Site Environmental Management Systems
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Prepare and submit environmental reports, documentation, and permit applications
- Promote environmental awareness through toolbox talks and staff training

About you:

- Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within the civil construction or infrastructure sector
- Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and industry best practices
- Demonstrated experience with EMPs, erosion & sediment control, and incident response
- Effective communication and engagement skills
- A proactive, practical, and hands-on approach
- Demonstrated ability to lead or desire to be a future leader
