- Oversee residential builds from site start through to completion
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Manage construction timelines, quality, and safety standards
- Liaise with clients, trades, and internal teams
- Ensure projects remain on track and delivered to a high standard

About You

- Experience supervising residential builds with a Project or Custom Home Builder
- Open to early-career supervisors or experienced tradespeople ready to progress
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
