As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivatedUndergroundGraderOperatorto join the team on a full-time basis, workinga7/7or 14/14FIFO roster.These roles are integral to delivering safe,productiveand efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine.
Your role will support underground production within a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
- Operate an underground grader tomaintainsafe, smooth, and well-drained haul roads
- Shape and repair road surfaces to support heavy underground mining equipment
- Identifyand report ground, road, and safety hazards
- Workin accordance withunderground safety, ventilation, and site procedures
- Support efficient traffic flow and safe underground operations
Our Ideal Candidate Background Includes:
- Previousexperience as aGraderOperator(underground experience is preferred)
- Relevant operating tickets and licences
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team workplace
- Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Manual Driver's Licence)
