This is an exciting chance for a solid leader with a passion for service excellence, coaching and operational performance to lead a team delivering exceptional support to advisers and clients across multiple service channels.
You will play a key role in driving service standards, uplifting team capability and ensuring a seamless client experience while acting as a subject matter expert across investment platform products, systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Client Services team
Manage team workflows and ensure service levels are achieved
Monitor quality across calls, email and client interactions




Act as an escalation point for complex client and adviser matters
Drive continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients
Support compliance, risk management and operational standards
Contribute to reporting, coaching and team development activities
About You:
5+ years' experience within financial services
Previous experience leading or coaching teams within financial services, investment platforms or contact centre environments
Strong understanding of investment platforms, superannuation, managed accounts and administration processes
Proven ability to manage service levels, operational performance and quality frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and client service excellence
