About Juniper:Juniper is one of Western Australia's leading not-for-profit aged care providers, supporting older people to stay connected to the people, places and passions they love through residential care, home and community services, retirement living and affordable housing.About the Role:Juniper is seeking caring and reliable Community Support Workers to join our Home and Community Care team across Perth's northern suburbs, including Midland, Jane Brook and DaytonIn this role, you will support older Western Australians to remain living independently in their own homes, assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and social support.
You will play an significant role in helping customers maintain their independence, wellbeing, and connection to their community.This is a rewarding prospect for someone who enjoys working independently, building meaningful relationships, and making a positive difference in people's lives.We currently have a permanent 40 hour per fortnight part time position available; the successful candidate must be available between Monday - Friday .Key Responsibilities:Provide personal care including showering,
