About The Role
At Carinity – Cedarbrook, we're committed to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort, and connection.
Personal Carers work under the direction of the registered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant, homelike environment with a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity and independence.
You will support customers with a variety of activities in their daily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing, food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship, lifestyle interests and reminiscence.
Multiple fixed term opportunities are available to cover Parental Leave, offering part-time and full time hours, ranging from 26 to 76 hours per fortnight across AM and PM shifts.
What do you need for the role?




Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) or appropriate qualifications and experienceMinimum 6months experience in Aged CareWillingness to work as a team member, relating to a multi-disciplinary teamHighly developed verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience in a similar role is highly advantageousCurrent NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceFull working rights in Australia
