The City of Stratford is seeking a Mechanic‑Leadhand for Fleet Operations / Transit. This on-site role involves maintaining and repairing transit vehicles and City of Stratford fleets, with responsibility for diagnosing, repairing, and keeping records.
You will inspect and service diesel and gasoline engines, transmissions, brakes, steering and related systems, coordinate with staff and external contacts, and ensure secure, compliant operations within municipal guidelines.
