In this hands-on role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of mining equipment through advanced non-destructive testing methods.Working closely with the Workshop Manager and key stakeholders, you'll inspect, assess, and report on equipment integrity - helping prevent failures, reduce downtime, and maintain the highest safety standards across operations.Why Force?

on machine components to detect surface and subsurface defectsSelect appropriate testing methods in line with industry standardsCompile detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate job recordsWork collaboratively with maintenance teams and stakeholdersOperate and maintain specialised NDT equipmentEnsure all work is completed in line with company procedures and compliance requirementsSafety is Our PriorityAt Force, safety isn't just a requirement - it's a core value.
