committed to providing knowledgeable and professional support for the best possible outcomes for our patients.DutiesThe responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:Reception and general administration dutiesWelcoming our patients and managing relevant paperworkScheduling and managing patient appointmentsFollowing up medical information with referrers, eg: GP's, specialists and third partiesWorking alongside our great team of radiologists, radiographers, sonographers and administration teamInvoicing patient visits and receipting paymentsOther duties as directedCandidate requirementsRadiology and medical experience highly desirable but not essentialUnderstanding of Medicare, third parties and workers compensationExcellent phone mannerBelieve in, and model great patient service with kindness, empathy and respect in a calm mannerMust be self-motivatedEnjoy a fast-paced practiceGood computer skills with MS Office an advantageCan multi-task, working alone and in a teamExcellent communication skills with patients and team membersAble to take instructions/directionsTakes pride in their work and themselvesThe ability to work flexible hoursSupportive team workplace in a privately owned practiceFortnightly RDO and birthday leaveIntensive training and supportUniforms providedRegular reviewsEmployee activities and celebrations
