About the Role
Join our Gold Coast-based team as a Call Centre Representative, supporting customers with general banking enquiries — no sales or upselling, just real conversations and problem-solving.
You'll be helping with:
Account balances and card replacementsUpdating personal informationOnline banking support and fraud enquiriesDispute investigations and feedback capture
What We're Looking For
Customer service experience is outstanding, but not essentialYou're confident using a computer and navigating multiple systemsYou communicate clearly and professionallyYou enjoy solving problems and helping peopleYou've completed at least Year 10 or equivalent

Training in the Gold Coast Office
Weeks 1–3: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pmWeeks 4–7: On‐the‐job coaching, Mon–Fri between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
