Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end BI, Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, and Cloud Data Operations.
Manage Teradata, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, SAS DI/CI/RTDM, and Qlik platforms.
Ensure data availability, pipeline reliability, SLA adherence, and data quality.
Drive incident, problem, change, and release management for production settings.
Monitor ETL jobs, Airflow DAGs, Glue pipelines, reporting, and campaign processes.
Collaborate with business, analytics, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
Lead RCA, performance optimization, automation, and operational improvements.
Manage onshore/offshore support teams and vendor coordination.
Required Skills
10+ years in BI, Data Warehousing, Data Operations, or Cloud Data Platforms.
Solid experience with
Teradata, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, SAS DI, SAS CI, SAS RTDM, and Qlik
.
Hands-on knowledge of ETL/ELT, SQL, Data Warehousing, and Production Support.
Experience with SLA management, incident management, and operational governance.
Robust stakeholder management and leadership skills.
