About the Role

This role is ideal for an early career OT passionate about paediatrics and looking to build strong clinical reasoning skills within a collaborative and evidence-based workplace.

You will:

- Deliver occupational therapy services to children and young people aged 0–25 years
- Support clients with sensory processing, emotional regulation, motor skills, self-care, social participation, and daily living skills
- Work across clinic, school, home, and community settings
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and the broader multidisciplinary team
- Participate in assessment, goal setting, intervention planning, and report writing
- Contribute to therapy groups and capacity-building initiatives

- Structured onboarding and gradual caseload progression
- Ongoing supervision and mentoring

- Support to develop strong clinical reasoning and confidence

We are looking for someone who:

- Is genuinely passionate about paediatric occupational therapy
- Is curious, reflective, and eager to learn
- Values evidence-based and child-led practice
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skillsIs open to feedback and ongoing professional growth
- Wants to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with children and families
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
