Role Summary
The Customer Service Specialist provided key administrative and analytical support to our sales, operations and product teams. This role has critical impact to ensuring accuracy in quoting, reporting and documentation of commercial activities,
as well as supporting internal communications and follow ups.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound customer service enquiries
- Preparing and issuing quotes for Contract Logistics services or other services as directed
- Supporting sales team with follow ups and customer communication
- Producing internal and external reports on commercial activities
- Creating customer presentations and monthly reports using PowerPoint or other tools
- Taking meeting notes, preparing action items and tracking follow ups from internal or external meetings
- Maintain accurate records and data entry across internal systems
- Act as a conduit between customer and operations for commercial activities, which includes procurement of rates from vendors
- Receiving correct approvals and/or operating within agreed business parameters for commercial activities
- Support operations team with ADHOC operations as required
- Duties as directed by reporting manager
