The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Co-Educator to join our team at the Malvern Campus on a part time (Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:00pm term time only), from the beginning of term 4 until the end of term 3 2027.

As a valued member of our team, you will actively collaborate with our teachers and fellow assistants. Together, you will focus on creating and implementing a child-centred learning program in an environment that promotes students' growth, development, and overall well-being, tailored to their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the design and implementation of teaching activities and strategies based on knowledge of students' physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics to improve student learning
- Actively contribute ideas resulting in implementation of a stimulating educational program for students that reflect current research and best practice models in early childhood




- Support the ELC teacher in all aspects of the management of student behaviour, and organisation of the centre
- Contribute to the developmental records for each individual student, both written and verbal, under the guidance of the teacher
- Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviour

R Ole Requirements

- Diploma of Early Childhood and Care
- Experience with three-, four- and five-year-olds is essential
- Current First Aid Certificate Level 2, Anaphylaxis Certificate, and Asthma training
- Employment Working With Children Check
