About the Role
/n
We are seeking an experienced IT Security Engineer – MS Security upgrade for a 6-month contract. This role will focus on strengthening our security posture by upgrading endpoint security, identity, and access management controls across the enterprise.
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
- Upgrade Office devices to align with a modern device management security posture, including device encryption and a Standard Operating Environment (SOE).
/n
- Implement and enforce Conditional Access and MFA for Microsoft 365 access.
/n
- Design, configure, and manage Intune policies for endpoint compliance.
/n
- Support and maintain Active Directory (on-prem), Domain Controllers, and Windows Server OS.
/n
- Assist with M365 Exchange Online configuration and access restrictions.
/n
- Contribute to patch management, USB restrictions,
and data loss prevention initiatives.
/n
About You
/n
- Proven experience as an IT Security Engineer, Endpoint Engineer, or similar role.
/n
- Robust hands-on knowledge of:
/n
- Active Directory (on-prem), Domain Controllers
/n
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager policies
/n
- Conditional Access & MFA
/n
- Nice to have: SCCM, M365 Exchange Online, VMware.
/n
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
/n
- Contract: 6-Month Contract (potential to extend).
/n
- Hybrid role: mix of onsite and remote work.
/n
- Day rate on ABN.
/n
