About the Role

We're looking for a Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) to own the technical pre-sales process end to end, from onsite scoping through to proposal and handover to delivery.

You'll work closely with Sales and Technical Account Managers to translate customer problems into technically sound, commercially aligned solutions, and present them with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conducting onsite prospect reviews and producing structured assessments of risks, gaps, and opportunities
- Designing scalable solutions across Managed IT, Cyber Security, Networking, Cloud, and IP Voice
- Turning findings into clear proposals, scoping documents, and bills of materials that win business
- Presenting to stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical decision makers
- Supporting RFP/RFQ and tender responses
- Ensuring clean, accurate handover to the Implementations team

What We're Looking For

- Pre-sales, solutions architecture, or senior technical experience within an MSP or IT services environment
- Broad technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud infrastructure, networking, cyber security, and IP voice




- Proven ability to produce technical assessments, scoping documents, and commercial proposals
- A confident, credible communicator who can simplify complex ideas for any audience
- NSW driver's licence and full Australian working rights
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Sophos, Cisco or similar) and Essential Eight knowledge highly regarded
